We want you to truly feel at home in your SoftBloom™ fleece. If you don’t, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. 30-Day Comfort Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if SoftBloom is right for you.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in good, wearable condition (no stains, damage or strong odors).
It should be unwashed and reasonably clean.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of heavy wear, damage or misuse.
2. How to request a return
Email us at support@getsoftbloom.com with:
Order number
Your name and email
Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will reply with return instructions and address.
You send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
We do not refund:
Original shipping costs (unless required by local law or in case of our error)
Customs or import duties paid in your country
If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our criteria (heavy wear, damage, strong smell, etc.), we may:
Offer a partial refund, or
Refuse the refund and return the item back to you (at your cost).
4. Exchanges
At this time, we generally do not process direct size/color exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, the usual process is:
Return the original item
Place a new order in the desired size/color
If we decide to offer an exception, we’ll clearly communicate that via email.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive:
A damaged item, or
The wrong product, size or color
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Photos of the item and packaging
Your order number
If confirmed, we will:
Resend the correct item, or
Offer a refund, including shipping, depending on the situation.
6. Non-returnable items (if applicable)
If we ever sell items that are marked as final sale / non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:
Check your bank or card statement again
Contact your bank or payment provider – processing may take time
If it still does not appear, email us at support@getsoftbloom.com with your order number and refund confirmation.
