  • We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.

 


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may offer reshipment at your cost or a partial refund minus shipping fees.
